My name is Erica Davidge the blogger behind Notes from the Chairlift. My style stems from growing up in Maui, Hawaii to moving out to Colorado to attend college and get into the snowboard industry. I graduated from Colorado State University with a degree in Technical Journalism where I also studied Photography in the art department and touched on fashion merchandising.
My blog is a great way to blend all of the skills I have learned and creatively share my passion and lifestyle with others. Personally I am a surfer, snowboarder, photographer, and visual artist who wants to inspire other people to live ambitious and creative lives. I started my blog to share my sense of style with others and help give insight into products and brands I really love.
Because I am a professional photographer I can really make sure my blog is very visual and eye catching which is the main draw to readers. Also I can snowboard and surf which allows me to actually test out some gear and let readers know how it holds up.
