Not knowing the outcome of a situation creates so many feelings within all of us... fear, excitement, anxiety, joy. As I'm graduating my university this May and venturing to the "real world" these feelings seem to be overwhelming. But I've been here before, when I decided to study at a university across the country from my family and home, or when I studied abroad in Portugal not knowing anyone. These experiences have shaped me into the best person I could ever imagine to be. My curiosity, determination and creativity would be nothing without these moments. I could not be more grateful for the people I've met, places I've visited and memories that are now instilled in me.

So as I continue on my adventure growing up in this sometimes crazy world, I like to take a step back and look at how lucky I am. The fear and anxiety seem to melt away and excitement runs through me to the point of laughter. What I'm trying to say is that it's important to embrace every moment and every person you meet - not knowing the outcome is the greatest gift!
