If you haven't been to Feast market, I seriously encourage it; once you open the door, your five senses will be going crazy.

This slice of heaven (literally) in Virginia has been a summer home to me for many years. Charlottesville, the 'ville of Charlotte, home to the 'Hoos, apple and peach orchards, excellent hiking and great art & music scene, I fell in love the second I arrived in '98, to swim summer league for Farmington. Around the colder months, many a hot chocolate on the North Lawn and brisk walks around Farmington Drive, surrounded by the fire-red foliage and copper brick Victorian houses.

It truly is a treat to visit and soon I'll be sledding down the hills and making snow angels, taken right back to that eight year old girl with pink cheeks and a runny nose, grinning from ear to ear.

I can't wait.
