Now that the hyper fashion madness that is New York Fashion Week is officially over, we had a chance to sit back and and deliberate on our favorite accessory trends from the runway. Grab a pen and take notes FOAMies, here are our top six looks:

Dripping in Gold
Gold shoes and bags are set to be the big moneymaker this fall.

Big Ol' Buckle
Oversized pilgrim-esque buckles popped up at the waist and on the shoe.

Collar Me Perfect
Collars are here to stay and this time around they hit new highs in flashy silver and gothic crochet.

Tough Tortoise
Tortoise shells made a big statement in necklaces and dress prints and we predict they'll run a fast race into the hands of the blogger set.

Heels of Sand
Rodarte’s Australian Outback-inspired show included awesome sand-filled heels reminiscent of the sand bottle art we created in our playground years.

Hat Party
If you aren't sporting a hat come this fall, you'll probably be the only one. The toppers appeared in pretty much every size, shape and color we could imagine.
