First she took Huntington, now she's conquering Manly...Sally Fitzgibbons is on a hot streak. Sally and fellow Aussie surfer Matt Banting both took the first place at the Inaugural Australian Open of Surfing Pro presented by Hurley and Billabong at Manly Beach this weekend.

Thousands of fans were treated to a heart-pumping show peppered with down-to-the-buzzer battles and big air as surfers fought it out for ASP World Tour points and big prize money.

Sally Fitzgibbons, who also took the first place prize at the U.S. Open of Surfing last year, defeated fellow Red Bull surfer Sofia Mulanovich for the $8,000 winner's check despite a recent wrist injury.
