Materials for DIY String Necklace

Step 1: Cut about 15 inches of rope and sew the tips

Step 2: Begin curling rope into a spiral, securing with glue.

Step 3: Hold until glue dries

Step 4: Repeat on the opposite side

Step 5: Roll another spiral from leftover rope

Step 6: Add glue to the top of the spiral

Step 7: Glue between the first two spirals

All blogger Victoria of Style Marmalade did to make this necklace was roll six feet of fabric rope into swirls, then glue and sew the rolls together. Survival of the fittest, indeed.

What You'll Need:
-6 feet of fabric rope
-Scissors
-Fabric glue
-Needle
-Thread
